Image Processing Agreement

By uploading images through this form, you agree to the following:

1. Image Rights & Usage

• You confirm that you own the rights to all uploaded images or have permission to use them.
• You grant Visual Crafters permission to process your images solely for creating your custom magnets.
• We will not use your images for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

2. Image Processing

• Images may be cropped or resized for optimal magnet production.
• We use Bytescale, a secure third-party service, to handle image uploads and CDN storage.
• Images are processed and stored securely throughout the order fulfillment process.

3. Photo Storage & Reprints

• Your photos are stored securely for a minimum of 90 days from the date of your order.
• This allows us to reprint your magnets if there is a defect, or fulfill a repeat order if you return to a future market.
• After the retention period, your photos are permanently deleted from our systems.
• Your personal information and images are kept strictly confidential.
• We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are printed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to decline orders containing inappropriate content.
